What do these machines do?

The machines use EMS or Electro-Magnetic Muscle stimulation with varied Tesla high intensity frequency to grow and define muscle. Using the machine paddles for just 30 minutes on your abdominals your muscles will contract as if you’ve done 30,000 sit-ups.  All while laying down and relaxing. with the NEO, Radio frequency has recently been combined with the HIFEM popular device that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) and radiofrequency (RF) energy to stimulate muscle contractions and heat up fat cells to destroy them.

The main principle of the HIFEM modality is based on alternating magnetic fields of high magnitude (13.46 Tesla units), which depolarizes neuromuscular tissue, thus inducing so-called supramaximal muscle contraction. This is the only machine on the market to reach a depth of 8cm into the muscle fibers. When exposed to supramaximal contractions, the muscle tissue is forced to adapt to such extreme conditions and responds with a deep remodeling of its inner structure, i.e., the growth of myofibrils (muscle hypertrophy) and creation of new protein strands and muscle fibers (muscle hyperplasia). Intensive supramaximal contractions enhance release of epinephrine which triggers a cascade effect leading to supramaximal lipolysis in fat cells. Because the stimulation is so rapid and intensive, the lipolytic response is excessive and FFAs start over-accumulating in dipocytes. The FFA overflow causes cell dysfunction and induction of apoptosis – programmed cell death. Dead cells collapse and are naturally flushed away.

During normal exercise, the brain
sends information to stimulate

Is there any downtime with HIFEM Body Sculpting?

No, there is no downtime. You can go on with your normal daily activities after treatment.

No, the treatment is noninvasive and painless. Clients have the experience of an intense workout and will naturally be a little sore like they would from an intense workout at the gym.

You begin to feel tangible results right after the treatment, and cumulatively with each consecutive session. Positive results are usually reported two to four weeks after the last session and continue to improve for several weeks.

The results last up approximately 6 months but it is recommended to continue your normal exercise weekly at the gym and continue with good eating habits to maintain your results. It is the same as if you stopped working out at the gym you will have muscle tone loss and fat gain if you eat bad foods.

After your series, you don’t need maintenance sessions per say. We call them “enhancement” sessions, as they take you further than just maintaining. Some individuals choose to add additional sessions to achieve their desired goal. Some are good with the 6-8 treatments and will do quarterly, or twice a year to enhance their already great results.

HIFEM technology has existed for decades, and its safety has been proven by dozens of studies. The only tissue that responds to energy is motor neurons, so it has no effect on other tissues including organs.
